Liepard got a new weapon in Black and White 2 which makes it a force to be reckoned with in NU: Dark Pulse. Not only is it Liepard's strongest STAB move but it also has the 10% flinch rate. Anyways, the idea of this set is to set up a Nasty Plot immediately and allow the opponent to leave you with 1 HP. Your Focus Sash will activate, and this will also activate Unburden. Not only will you get +2 Special Attack from Nasty Plot, but you'll also receive +2 Speed from Unburden. And believe me when I say this, Liepard is a HUGE threat with 604 Special Attack and 622 Speed. The only thing able to outspeed it is Scarfed Electrode! As I said before, Dark Pulse will be your STAB move. Hidden Power Flying is great for dealing with those treachorous Bug and Fighting types, such as Pinsir and Sawk. It's also a wake-up call to Amoonguss users! As for the last move, Sucker Punch is your secondary STAB move and comes in handy for picking off weakened foes or other priority users.
